We’re thrilled to announce that you can now connect your Etsy store directly to Deliverr. Deliverr will now be able to automatically import and fulfill your Etsy orders!
If you’re an existing Deliverr merchant, simply navigate to your connections page on Seller Portal. If you’re new to Deliverr, create a new account and select the Etsy icon on the “Choose your integration” page. From there simply enter your Etsy credentials and you’re ready to go!
To get started, let’s talk about why you may want to consider selling on Etsy if you don’t already.
Why sell on Etsy?
Etsy offers many lucrative opportunities for online sales, with 46+ million active users spending billions of dollars each year. According to Forbes, almost 80% of Etsy sales are repeat purchases (across the platform, not individual stores).
The creative online marketplace also comes with the benefits of a unique and loyal customer base, zero monthly fees, and tons of seller tools – perfect for any creative entrepreneur! Not to mention their gross sales totaled $3 billion in Q2 of 2021. We’re thrilled to announce our new direct integration with this crafty marketplace. Read on to see how to set up your Etsy direct integration.
All of your Etsy listings should:
- Be active/visible
- Have an SKU value: The SKU value on your Etsy listing should exactly match the SKU value for your DSKU (Deliverr SKU) for them to sync properly. See Check and Fix SKU Mismatches for more information.
All of the above also applies if you have variations on a listing. In addition, you must track inventory quantities per variant. For more information, please read My Etsy listing did not import into my Deliverr catalog.
The last prerequisite for integrating your Etsy shop is that you must create an Etsy shipping profile for Deliverr. Make sure that your buyers see an expected delivery date that matches the Standard SLA in Deliverr.
Optional: You can offer your customers faster shipping speeds, but you must map those shipping upgrades in Deliverr. Read more at Set Shipping Upgrades in Etsy and Map to Service Levels in Deliverr.
Connecting your Etsy shop
Connecting your Etsy shop to Deliverr is simple. Here are the steps you need to to get started:
If you’re a new merchant, sign up here and choose Etsy as an integration.
If you’re an existing merchant, go to the Integrations page on your Seller Portal and select Etsy. Select ‘Continue’ to redirect to Etsy.
Next, you’ll need to log in to Etsy if you’re not already logged in. Make sure you are logged in with the correct Etsy account. If you have multiple Etsy accounts (such as for personal and business use), then log in with the Etsy account that has the storefront that you want to connect to Deliverr.
Grant permission for Deliverr to access your catalog and your orders. These permissions are necessary so that Deliverr can import and fulfill your orders.
You will then be redirected back to Deliverr Seller Portal where we will automatically import your catalog to continue the connection process.
Once connected, you’re all done! Deliverr will update Etsy regularly with the inventory quantity values for your SKUs, and will also automatically import new orders when we have the available inventory.
