To make things a bit easier, we’ve crafted a quick FAQ!
What is Free Inbounds Week?
Free Inbounds Week is a week where Deliverr merchants can send in pallets and packages to our network on our rates for free.
How do I inbound for free?
Send in your inventory following the criteria above. You will need to accept and confirm your charges now, and you can expect promotional credit applied to your account within two weeks of your inventory being shipped.
Which Deliverr fees does this promotion apply to?
Free Inbounds week refers to the inbound shipping rates for sending pallets or packages into Deliverr. The promotion only applies when using Deliverr’s shipping rates and shipping plans to send inventory into Deliverr’s warehouse network. Please ensure your shipments are compliant with our packaging and barcoding guidelines.
Can I use my promotion on both SPD & Freight by using two shipping plans?
No, you have one free shipping plan that states “Free Inbounds Week”. You can choose to either ship your inventory through SPD or Freight, not both.
Should I choose SPD or Freight for my shipping plan?
If your shipment is more than 250lbs total, we would recommend using Freight as the cost of shipping will most likely be cheaper. This means you can ship in more units to us!
Should I choose Ship Direct or Forwarding for my shipping plan?
The difference between forwarding and direct plans is that direct plans get your products available for sale faster while forwarding plans get your products into the Deliverr more cheaply. We recommend using forwarding plans ahead of the Holiday season because it increases your fast tag coverage when your products are spread to more fulfillment centers and you only have to ship to one location. This means more of your customers can get faster shipping!
Does this promo apply if I ship from an international location into Deliverr?
No, this promotion only applies to items shipped into Deliverr from a domestic address because it must be inbounded on Deliverr rates. At this time, Deliverr rates only cover domestic shipping.
I don’t see a pre-made shipping plan called “Free Inbounds Week” on my inbounds page. What do I do?
