Sales Training and Enablement Manager

You will report directly to the Head of Sales and be responsible for coordinating and running all sales training and enablement across SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise segments as we add an additional 100 account executives by Q3 2022. You’ll also be tasked with finding ways to optimize training via automated quizzes and videos.

What you'll do:

  • Handle monthly onboarding of all new account executives across SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise
  • Train sales in any new changes or enablement tools
  • Create new training resources for all employees in their first year
  • Create training resources and roadmap for all new managers

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years in a sales training and enablement role
  • 2+ years in a sales role preferred
  • Manager training and enablement experience preferred
