Sales Operations Coordinator

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will report directly to the Director of Sales and be one of the first operations coordinators for a hyper growth sales organization. You’ll help support our growing team by working cross functionally with growth engineering, finance and outside vendors on initiatives that help increase productivity and efficiency across all sales segments (SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise). The key areas of focus for this role will be on optimizing training plans for new and current account executives, optimizing resource centers, administrative tasks within the CRM (Hubspot), creating dashboards and reports, updating KPI’s and forecasts. Additional tasks may be assigned based on productivity.
What you'll do:
  • Increase lead generation through various vendors
  • Optimize Hubspot CRM for a growing sales org
  • Manage internal resource center for the sales org
  • Revamp training material and coordinate trainings for incoming and current Account Executives
  • Optimize sales strategy and processes
  • Create and update sales KPI reports within CRM (Hubspot)

What we’re looking for:

  • Working knowledge of Hubspot CRM, workflows, reports, and integrations
  • 1+ year in a sales operations role supporting 40+ AE’s
  • 1+ years in a sales role preferred
  • Independent project management skills
